Welcome to Boxhero ("Boxhero", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (www.boxhero.in), mobile applications, social‑media pages, and any other online services we operate (collectively, the "Services"). By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from Boxhero, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy (collectively, the "Policies"). If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Your Account

You may browse most areas of the site without creating an account. If you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;

• Maintain and promptly update your information;

• Keep your account credentials confidential and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe is in breach of these Terms or our Policies.

3. Product Information & Availability

We strive to display product colours, images, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing updates. All products, prices, and promotions are subject to change without notice and may be limited in quantity.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, major debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for qualifying pincodes. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method.

5. Order Process

1. Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.

2. Review your order summary and shipping details.

3. Submit payment or select COD.
   • COD orders may require phone or WhatsApp confirmation.

4. You will receive an order‑confirmation email/SMS.
   Boxhero reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, payment issues, suspicious activity, or violation of these Terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Dispatch Time: All confirmed orders ship within 24 hours (business days).

• Delivery Windows: Metro 2–4 days; non‑metro 3–6 days; remote 5–7 days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or regulatory checks. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our hand‑off of the package to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 10 days of order delivery, subject to our Refund Policy. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Approved refunds are processed via UPI to your provided UPI ID within 3–5 business days of verifying the returned item. Shipping fees (if any) and COD charges are non‑refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images, videos, and software—is the exclusive property of Boxhero or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual‑property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without our express written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;

• Infringe upon or misappropriate our IP or the IP of others;

• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code;

• Engage in data scraping, spidering, or other automated data‑collection;

• Make any false or fraudulent order;

• Harass, abuse, or harm another individual.

10. Third‑Party Links & Tools

Our Services may contain links to independent third‑party websites or provide access to third‑party tools over which we have no control. We are not responsible for any content, products, or services of those third parties. Use them at your own risk and review their respective terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products delivered through them are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties—express or implied— including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non‑infringement, except where such disclaimers are legally void. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boxhero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services or any products purchased via the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Boxhero and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity shall survive termination.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that the courts of Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings related to the Services.

16. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any dispute promptly and amicably. If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@boxhero.in. If we cannot resolve it informally, you agree to submit the dispute to confidential arbitration in Gurugram, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitral award shall be final and binding. Proceedings may be conducted in English or Hindi.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
